FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I MAKE & SECURE A BOOKING?

Once you have made an enquiry through one of our various methods (enquiry form on the website, phone call, contact via Facebook/Instagram). We will then discuss your requirements and send out a booking form & also a copy of our terms & conditions. We then ask for a deposit of £30 to secure your booking.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE RUN UP TO MY PARTY

If you would like to adapt your booking please get in touch as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate your requests. However we do not offer refunds if numbers change or cancellations as the Teepees have been held for your party & affect other bookings. Approximately a week before your booking we will contact you to finalise details, arrange times for set up & collection and to arrange the full payment of the balance.

The initial deposit will be returned after your sleepover provided there is no damage.

We accept bank transfer & cash.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGES?

The content of each Teepee package can be found on their page some themes will have additional items including fancy dress & props.

See the extra page for additional items that can be added to these packages. these are available for adding on the booking form.

Guests will need to bring their our pillows. something about making me aware of all allergies of all participants.

THE LOGISTICS OF A PARTY

Delivery set up & collection is included in the package price for customers living within a 3 mile radius of Slaithwaite, Huddersfield. A delivery charge will be applied beyond this radius.
The A frame tents are 90cm wide by 160 cm long & Teepees are 120cm wide. Upon booking we can discuss the space requirements further.
We do not stay & host the party but we do ensure everything is set up to your requirements.
